Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug rehabilitation program that works to treat drug addiction issues and psychological issues which may possibly be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the treatment client in rehab takes part in a number of rehab activities and approaches during the day and then returns home in the evening. This is carried out several days a week, depending on the significance of the drug or alcohol problem.
