Facilities which go by the name of Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment programs are offered to certain men and women in Windsor who are struggling with co-occurring drug and alcohol abuse and mental health problems. These types of programs can be helpful to specific rehabilitation clients in Windsor who may not be able to afford inpatient care, or who are not able to take advantage of an inpatient program due to familial obligations. Partial hospitalization facilities work with the individual in the daytime through counseling and other rehab strategies, and then the client returns home in the evening. Rehabilitation is performed nearly each day of the week on an intensive plan which seeks to fully rehabilitate the person both body and mind.
