Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug rehab center which works to handle substance abuse problems and psychological disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the treatment client in rehabilitation partakes in various treatment services and approaches in the daytime and then returns home in the night time. This is done several days a week, depending on the severity of the problem.
