Criminal justice clients are a significant percentage of clients who take part in drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers in West Point and in the USA. Court systems around the country are finding it more helpful to rehab men and women who have found their way into the court system for crimes relating to drugs, instead of penalizing them to no avail with time in jail and other such rulings.
