Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug rehabilitation program which is meant to treat drug and alcohol addiction problems and mental health issues which might be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the treatment client in rehabilitation partakes in various rehabilitation services and strategies in the day and then returns home in the evening. This is done anywhere from five to seven days per week, all dependent on the significance of the drug or alcohol problem.
