Partial Hospitalization/Day Treatment - Wannaska
Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug rehab program that works to deal with substance abuse issues and psychological issues which might be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the person in rehabilitation participates in various treatment activities and strategies in the day and then returns home in the evening. This is carried out anywhere from five to seven days a week, all dependent on the severity of the problem. Partial Hospitalization can be beneficial for addicted people in Wannaska, Minnesota who who may be unable to cover the costs of long-term inpatient care, or for treatment clients who are not able to be apart from their home and work for extensive durations of time. While in Day Treatment, people take part in typical counseling and therapy for alcohol or drug addiction issues while also addressing mental health issues which could keep them from staying sober when rehab is complete.
