Criminal justice clients are a large portion of clients who are currently taking part in drug and alcohol treatment facilities in Walworth and across the nation. Judicial systems in the U.S. often find it more beneficial to treat people who have ended up in the criminal justice system for crimes relating to drugs, instead of punishing them to no avail with time in jail and other penalties.
