Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug treatment facility which works to deal with drug addiction issues and mental health disorders which may possibly be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the person in treatment takes part in a number of rehab activities and strategies in the day and then returns home in the evening time. This is done several days a week, depending on the significance of the problem.
