Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility which is meant to deal with drug and alcohol addiction issues and mental health disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the person in rehab partakes in a number of rehabilitation services and approaches in the daytime and then returns home in the evening.
