Criminal justice clients are a large portion of clients who are currently taking part in drug rehabilitation facilities in Valley Springs and in the USA. Judicial systems in the country often find it more beneficial to rehab individuals who have wound up in the court system for drug related crimes, rather than penalizing them to no avail with time in jail and other such rulings. It has proven more helpful to address the issue of drug addiction directly, rather than invoke such penalties.
