Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a kind of drug rehab program which works to handle drug addiction problems and psychological problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the treatment client in rehabilitation takes part in various rehabilitation activities and methods in the daytime and then returns home in the night time. This is carried out several days per week, depending on the significance of the drug or alcohol problem.
