Criminal justice clients are a large portion of clientele who take part in alcohol and drug treatment programs in Upper Arlington and across the nation. Judicial systems in the country often find it more effective to rehab men and women who have found their way into the court system for crimes relating to drugs, rather than punishing them to no avail with time in jail and other penalties. It is proven to be more successful to address the issue of addiction directly, rather than enforce such penalties.
