Centers known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment programs are offered to those individuals in Syracuse who are struggling with co-occurring drug and alcohol abuse and mental health issues. These sorts of programs may be helpful to specific rehabilitation clients in Syracuse who may not be able to afford inpatient treatment, or who are not able to take advantage of an inpatient center due to familial responsibilities. Partial hospitalization programs treat the client during the day through therapy and other treatment techniques, and the individual goes home in the evening. Rehabilitation is performed anywhere from five to seven days per week on a tailored plan which seeks to fully rehabilitate the client both physically and psychologically.
