Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug rehab facility that is meant to treat drug and alcohol addiction disorders and mental health problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the treatment client in treatment takes part in various rehab activities and techniques in the daytime and then leaves in the evening. This is carried out several days per week, all dependent on the severity of the drug problem.
