Facilities which go by the name of Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment programs are available to certain individuals in Shipman who are struggling with co-occurring drug and alcohol abuse and psychological disorders. These types of centers can be beneficial to those rehabilitation clientele in Shipman who may not be able to have the money to pay for inpatient care, or who are unable to take part in an inpatient center due to familial obligations. Partial hospitalization centers help the client during the day through therapy and other rehabilitation methods, and the individual returns home in the PM. Rehabilitation is performed nearly each day of the week on an intensive program which is aimed at fully rehabilitating the person both physically and psychologically.
