Facilities known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment programs are available to those people in Scotch Plains who are having difficulties with co-occurring drug and alcohol abuse and mental health issues. These types of programs may be helpful to specific rehabilitation clients in Scotch Plains that might not be able to pay for inpatient treatment, or who are unable to take part in an inpatient center due to personal responsibilities. Partial hospitalization programs treat the individual during the day through counseling and other treatment techniques, and then the client returns home in the evening. Rehab is conducted nearly each day of the week on an intensive plan which is aimed at fully rehabilitating the individual both body and mind.
