Criminal justice clients are a large portion of clientele who are currently taking part in drug and alcohol treatment facilities in Sandusky and across the nation. Court systems in the country are finding it more effective to treat people who have wound up in the court system for drug related crimes, rather than punishing them in vain with time in jail and other penalties.
