Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug rehab facility which works to handle drug addiction disorders and mental health issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the individual in rehabilitation participates in various treatment activities and techniques during the day and then returns home in the night time. This is done several days per week, depending on the severity of the problem.
