Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug treatment program that is meant to deal with drug and alcohol addiction issues and psychological issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the person in treatment participates in various rehabilitation services and approaches in the day and then returns home in the evening time.
