Criminal justice clients are a large percentage of clients who are currently taking part in drug rehabilitation programs in Ronald and in the USA. Court systems around the country often find it more beneficial to rehab people who have found their way into the court system for crimes relating to drugs, instead of penalizing them in vain with jail time and other such rulings. It has proven more successful to handle the problem of addiction directly, than to invoke such penalties.
