Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug treatment center which works to deal with substance abuse issues and psychological disorders which might be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the individual in rehabilitation participates in various rehab activities and techniques during the day and then leaves in the evening time. This is done several days per week, depending on the seriousness of the problem.
