Criminal justice clients are a large portion of clients who are currently taking part in drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers in Red River and in the USA. Court systems around the country are finding it more effective to rehab individuals who have found their way into the court system for crimes relating to drugs, rather than penalizing them to no avail with jail time and other such rulings.
