Criminal justice clients are a large percentage of clients who are currently taking part in drug treatment facilities in Randall, Kansas and in the USA. Court systems around the country are finding it more effective to rehab people who have ended up in the court system for crimes relating to drugs, rather than penalizing them in vain with jail time and other penalties.
