Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug treatment center that is meant to treat drug addiction disorders and psychological disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the person in rehab partakes in a number of rehabilitation activities and methods in the daytime and then returns home in the evening time.
