Individuals may become addicted to drugs no matter their handicap or personal physical problem. This often makes persons particularly more susceptible to becoming involved in drug or alcohol addiction, because of the various issues that this can bring in the individual's life. This is often a factor for persons in the deaf and hearing impaired community also, and drug rehab for substance abuse problems is often necessary.
