Criminal justice clients are a large portion of clientele who take part in alcohol and drug rehab centers in Plains, Georgia and in the USA. Judges in the U.S. are finding it more advantageous to rehab individuals who have wound up in the court system for drug related crimes, rather than penalizing them in vain with time in jail and other penalties. It has proven more successful to tackle the trouble of addiction more straightforwardly, than to enforce such penalties.
