Centers known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment centers are available to certain people in Perth who are fighting co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. These types of centers may be effective to specific rehab clientele in Perth that might not be able to have the money to pay for inpatient treatment, or who are not able to take advantage of an inpatient center due to familial obligations. Partial hospitalization centers work with the individual during the day through counseling and other rehabilitation strategies, and the individual goes home in the evening. Treatment is performed anywhere from five to seven days per week on an intensive program which seeks to fully rehabilitate the client both physically and psychologically.
