Centers which go by the name of Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment centers are offered to certain people in Pembina who are having difficulties with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. These kinds of facilities may be effective to those rehabilitation clientele in Pembina that might not be able to pay for inpatient care, or who are not able to take advantage of an inpatient program due to familial obligations.
