Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug treatment center which is meant to treat drug addiction issues and mental health disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the treatment client in treatment takes part in a number of rehabilitation activities and approaches in the daytime and then returns home in the night time. This is carried out several days a week, depending on the significance of the problem.
