Programs which go by the name of Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment facilities are offered to certain people in Oneida who are having difficulties with co-occurring alcohol and drug abuse and mental health issues. These types of centers may be effective to those treatment clients in Oneida that might not be able to have the money to pay for inpatient care, or who are not able to take part in an inpatient facility because of familial responsibilities. Partial hospitalization programs work with the individual during the day through therapy and other treatment strategies, and the individual returns home in the PM. Rehab is performed nearly each day of the week on an intensive program which seeks to fully rehabilitate the individual both physically and psychologically.
