Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug rehab center that works to deal with substance abuse issues and mental health issues which might be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the individual in treatment takes part in a variety of treatment activities and approaches during the day and then leaves in the evening. This is done several days a week, all dependent on the severity of the drug or alcohol problem. Partial Hospitalization can be beneficial for drug or alcohol addicted people in Oklee who may not be able to afford long-term inpatient rehab, or for those who are unable to be apart from their families for extensive lengths of time.
