Facilities known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment facilities are available to certain individuals in Odessa who are having difficulties with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health problems. These sorts of facilities may be effective to specific rehabilitation clients in Odessa who may not be able to have the money to pay for inpatient treatment, or who are not able to take advantage of an inpatient program because of familial responsibilities.
