Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a kind of alcohol and drug rehab center that is meant to deal with drug addiction problems and psychological disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the treatment client in treatment takes part in a number of rehabilitation activities and methods during the day and then leaves in the night time. This is done anywhere from five to seven days per week, depending on the seriousness of the drug or alcohol problem.
