Criminal justice clients are a large portion of clients who take part in alcohol and drug rehabilitation centers in Narragansett, Rhode Island and in the USA. Judicial systems around the country often find it more helpful to treat people who have ended up in the criminal justice system for drug related crimes, instead of penalizing them to no avail with jail time and other penalties. It has proven more helpful to deal with the issue of drug or alcohol addiction directly, than to enforce such penalties.
