Criminal justice clients are a considerable percentage of clients who take part in drug rehabilitation centers in Moulton and in the USA. Court systems in the U.S. are finding it more helpful to treat individuals who have wound up in the court system for drug related crimes, rather than penalizing them in vain with jail time and other such rulings.
