Criminal justice clients are a large percentage of clientele who are currently taking part in alcohol and drug rehab facilities in Moriah Center and across the nation. Judicial systems in the country are finding it more helpful to treat people who have wound up in the criminal justice system for drug related crimes, instead of penalizing them in vain with jail time and other penalties.
