Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of alcohol and drug treatment facility that is meant to deal with substance abuse problems and psychological problems which might be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the treatment client in treatment participates in a variety of rehab services and techniques during the day and then leaves in the night time.
