Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug treatment center that is meant to deal with substance abuse disorders and mental health disorders which might be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the person in treatment participates in a variety of rehab activities and strategies in the day and then returns home in the night time.
