Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug treatment facility that works to deal with drug and alcohol addiction disorders and psychological problems which may possibly be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the person in rehabilitation participates in a number of treatment services and strategies during the day and then returns home in the evening time. This is done several days a week, all dependent on the severity of the drug problem. Partial Hospitalization can be helpful for drug or alcohol addicted persons in Mchenry who may not be able to pay for long-term inpatient treatment, or who are not able to be away from their families for prolonged lengths of time.
