Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug and alcohol rehabilitation program that works to treat substance abuse issues and psychological problems which might be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the person in rehabilitation partakes in a variety of rehabilitation services and techniques during the day and then returns home in the evening.
