Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of alcohol and drug rehabilitation program which works to treat drug and alcohol addiction issues and psychological issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the treatment client in rehabilitation participates in a number of treatment activities and techniques in the daytime and then leaves in the evening.
