Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug treatment facility that works to treat drug addiction issues and psychological disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the treatment client in rehab participates in a number of rehab activities and strategies in the day and then returns home in the evening time. This is carried out several days per week, all dependent on the seriousness of the drug or alcohol problem.
