Centers known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment facilities are offered to certain people in Lignite who are having difficulties with co-occurring drug and alcohol abuse and psychological disorders. These types of programs may be effective to those treatment clients in Lignite who may not be able to pay for inpatient care, or who are not able to take part in an inpatient program because of personal responsibilities. Partial hospitalization facilities work with the client during the day through counseling and other rehab methods, and then the client goes home in the evening. Rehab is performed anywhere from five to seven days per week on a tailored program which seeks to fully rehabilitate the individual both body and psychologically.
