Facilities which go by the name of Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment centers are offered to those men and women in Lawrence who are having difficulties with co-occurring alcohol and drug abuse and mental health disorders. These types of programs can be beneficial to specific rehab clients in Lawrence who may not be able to afford inpatient care, or who are unable to take advantage of an inpatient center because of personal obligations. Partial hospitalization programs help the client in the daytime through therapy and other rehabilitation methods, and then the client goes home in the PM. Rehab is performed anywhere from five to seven days per week on an intensive plan which is aimed at fully rehabilitating the person both body and psychologically.
