Centers which go by the name of Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment programs are offered to certain individuals in Lamar who are struggling with co-occurring drug and alcohol abuse and mental health problems. These types of programs may be helpful to specific rehab clients in Lamar who may not be able to afford inpatient treatment, or who are not able to take part in an inpatient facility because of familial obligations. Partial hospitalization programs work with the individual during the day through counseling and other treatment methods, and then the client goes home in the PM. Rehabilitation is carried out nearly each day of the week on a tailored plan which seeks to fully rehabilitate the person both body and mind.
