Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a kind of drug rehab program which works to handle drug and alcohol addiction disorders and mental health problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the treatment client in rehab takes part in a variety of treatment activities and methods during the day and then returns home in the evening time. This is carried out several days a week, depending on the seriousness of the drug problem.
