Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug treatment program which works to deal with drug addiction disorders and psychological issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the treatment client in rehab partakes in a number of rehabilitation activities and approaches during the day and then returns home in the evening.
