Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of alcohol and drug rehab center that is meant to deal with drug addiction problems and psychological problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the individual in rehabilitation partakes in a number of treatment activities and strategies during the day and then returns home in the night time.
