Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug rehabilitation program that works to treat drug and alcohol addiction issues and mental health problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the person in rehab takes part in various rehab activities and methods during the day and then returns home in the evening time. This is done anywhere from five to seven days a week, depending on the severity of the drug problem. Partial Hospitalization can be beneficial for addicted persons in Jerry City who may not be able to afford long-term inpatient rehab, or for those who are not able to be apart from their home for prolonged durations of time. While in Day Treatment, treatment clients take part in typical treatment services for alcohol or drug addiction problems while also addressing mental health issues which may deter them from staying abstinent after rehabilitation is complete.
