Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol rehab center which works to deal with substance abuse problems and mental health issues which might be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the individual in rehab takes part in various rehabilitation activities and techniques in the daytime and then leaves in the night time. This is carried out several days per week, all dependent on the seriousness of the drug problem. Partial Hospitalization can be beneficial for drug addicted individuals in Inverness who may not be able to afford long-term inpatient care, or for those who are not able to be away from their households for extensive periods of time.
